Support Contracts with KnowCom provide the following: 

1. Maintenance and Enhancement Updates to PSsystem software 
2. User Guide Updates 
3. Call and Enhancement request tracking, for problems reported by fax and e-mail. 
4. Telephone support during normal working hours related to problems and general application questions with the PSsystem Application Software.

• To obtain the slides from the User Conference, click here (they is also available from the downloads section).  This is a self-extracting zip file containing 4 powerpoint presentations.  Total size 1.6MB.  Although this file has been virus-scanned, Knowcom accept no responsibility for problems arising however caused.
• The latest release of PSsystem (rel 2.46.22)  is now fully Y2K compliant and is available to all clients with support contracts.
